3. Purpose

This website (the "Site") is intended to present the professional activity of BellArquitectura — new-build and renovation projects for homes, hotels, and commercial premises — and to facilitate contact with the studio. Access to the Site is free and does not require prior registration, except to use the contact form.

4. Terms of access and use

Accessing and browsing the Site grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of the terms set out in this Legal Notice. Users agree to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site and its content, refraining from any conduct that could harm the image, interests, or rights of BellArquitectura or third parties, or that could damage, disable, or overload the Site.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, project images, logos, graphic design, and source code — is the property of BellArquitectura or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or modification without the express written authorization of the owner is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

6. Liability and site availability

BellArquitectura does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and continuity of the Site, although it will take reasonable measures to prevent and, where applicable, resolve any error or interruption. BellArquitectura is not liable for damages arising from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, or other elements beyond its control, nor for the content of third-party websites that may be linked from the Site.

7. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data submitted through the Site, in particular through the contact form, is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to access to or use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent Courts under applicable law, without prejudice to any jurisdiction that may correspond to consumers and users.
